Dr. Berenholz, always an innovator, tested the first Emsella chair in the United States. He was asked by the BTL Corporation to perform a study on the effectiveness of the electromagnetic chair for the treatment of incontinence. 20 women with varying degrees of urge incontinence and stress urinary incontinence were selected for the study.
